About

Built on federal contracting, not adjacent to it.

GCG Consultants, LLC is a boutique advisory firm for government contractors. Our specialists have spent their careers on federal contracts — and we do the work, not just advise on it.

Who we are

A small firm, on purpose.

Most contractors who try to navigate federal requirements alone hit the same wall: hundreds of pages of regulation, terminology built to wear you down, and audits that assume you already know the answer. Large firms hand that back to you as a workplan and a junior associate. We don’t.

Every GCG engagement is run by a seasoned federal contract specialist — someone who has taken businesses through eligibility, documentation, pricing, submission, negotiation, and every question the government throws back. You work with that person directly, from the first call to award and beyond.

We keep the firm small so that stays true.

What sets us apart

No fine print, no runaround.

Depth

We know how it’s read

Years of working across the table from GSA contracting officers and federal auditors. We know what they look for in a proposal and how a finding takes shape — and we prepare for it.

Delivery

We do the heavy lifting

You’re not handed a checklist and left alone. We write it, format it, assemble it, and handle the back-and-forth with the government.

Clarity

Plain English, always

We explain what a requirement means, why it matters, what it will cost, and what happens next. No acronym goes unexplained.

Certainty

You’re never guessing

You always know where your work stands and what’s coming. Scoped engagements, clear milestones, no open-ended retainers.

Our approach

One senior specialist, start to finish.

Whether the work is a GSA Schedule, a contract modification, or an audit response, the same person owns it from the first call through completion — no handoffs to a junior team, no losing context between phases.

You always know who to call, and they already know your file.

What you can expect

  • A scoped plan before any work begins — priorities, sequence, and what we need from you.
  • The documentation written and assembled by us, not handed back as a task list.
  • Plain-English status: where things stand and what’s next.
  • Support that continues after award — modifications, reporting, audits.

Work with someone who’s done this before.

Tell us about your business and your federal contracts. We’ll tell you exactly what it takes.
